By agreeing to these terms you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence.

To use the Services you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to another person.

We have made every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen depending on your device and its settings. Natural leather also varies from hide to hide.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the details you provided.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our refund policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 15,000; below that a flat Rs 350 applies. Promotional terms, where they conflict with these terms, govern that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transactions.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

The Services — including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof — are owned by Dastaar, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, and we are not liable for any harm related to your use of them. Please review their policies before you transact with them.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
